to numerous artworks, artifacts, and related Native American
items. Visitors to the museum will see such items as: a 10,000
year old skull the original Thundering Herd oil painting,
numerous wildlife mounts including a full size buffalo mount,
and numerous buffalo head mounts.
Along with the National Buffalo Museum you can visit the Live
Buffalo Herd where a rare albino buffalo roams in the pasture.
Located next to the National Buffalo Museum and Live Buffalo
Herdis an old west town reconstructed called Frontier Village.
Crafts and souvenir shops line this street. After a long day
of historial viewing one can be pretty hungry. And in order
to crave this hungry why not take a little visit to Jamestown's
own Wagon Masters Restaurant & Lounge. If your one for
the outdoors make sure you take a stroll over to Jamestown
Reservoir. Located just North of the City one can do some
fishing, boating, sailing, water-skiing, swimming, canoeing,etc.
