there are usually surfers riding the waves. When looking for
a place to shop and have a good time doing it visit East Of
Maui Surf Shop. Not only do they sell the latest surf material
they also offer lessons in windsurfing, kiting and surfing
and rents kayaks, surfboards, snowboards, windsurfers and
kite boards. There is always a great place to eat in Dewy
Beach. No matter what your craving they have it all. Such
as Theo's Restaurant where their food is made to order. Or
if your in the mood for Italian try Mama Maria Ristorante
Italiano Pizza & Bar which will provide a casual atmosphere
with a hint of intimacy and fine dining. The family-owned
and operated ristorante serves dishes such as cappellacci
di zucca, prosciutto di parma, and homemade ravioli. A variety
of entertainment can be found in Rehoboth Beach and Dewey
Beach. The amusements on the Boardwalk offer fun for everyone,
particularly the young. Throughout the area there are waterslides,
go-carts and other sports activities for all ages. Now starting
in Spring of 2004 a well-known bar is opening on Dewey beach
called The Starboard. Home of the World Famous Bloody Mary
Smorgasbord!! McShea's Beach Pub & Grill is also a great
place for the nightlife. Enjoy both small town unique specialty
shopping, factory outlets and malls. Shopping areas are located
in downtown Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach, and along Route
One. All purchases in Delaware are TAX FREE. Be sure to look
for the Chamber of Commerce emblem on store windows.
