Physical
Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech TherapyJobs in
Cape Cod, Massachusetts
The elbow of the state, Cape Cod, could very
well be the most famous 70 miles in the country. Cape Cod
is divided into four areas. The Upper Cape consists of Sandwich,
Mashpee, Woods Hole, Falmouth, and Bourne. The Mid Cape has
Barnstable, Hyannis, Yarmouth and Dennis. The Lower Cape is
made up of Brewster, Harwich, Chatham, and Orleans. The Outer
Cape is where you will find Eastham, Wellfleet, Truro, and
Provincetown.
Cape Cod is most notably a summer playground for those wishing
to escape to its pristine beaches, sunshine, and cool, salty
air. High season for Cape Cod is between Memorial Day and
Labor Day. Accommodations are at a premium during high season
in this area recognized as a treasure by the likes of the
Kennedys. Visitors and residents alike enjoy the abundant
clams, lobster, and fish, along with activities such as swimming,
boating of all types, shopping, and clamming.
The Cape Cod National Seashore has 44,000 acres of sand dunes,
beaches, forests, marshes, desert and the famed cranberry
bogs!
During the off-season, visitors can enjoy the less-expensive
lodging, empty beaches and beauty that remains year-round.
